Position Overview:Service CoordinatorHours:Off-Season Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pmIn-Season Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 6:00 pmOn-Call After Hours Seasonally (Planting/Harvest)Pay:Hourly Wage - Depends On ExperienceNegotiations starting at $20.00Monthly Sales/Warranty CommissionMonthly bonus if sales goal is metWarranty collection commissionAnnual Year End BonusSales/Goal based up to 15% of wagesBenefitsHealth Insurance Coverage after 60 Days - Employer pays 80% of planStifel IRA after 1 year - Employer matches contributions up to 3%Aflac - discounted coverage offeredService Coordinator:Customer Repair RequestsAnswer/Respond to all customer repair requests/callsSchedule repairs with bay technician/calendarGain approval of repairs recommended on technician estimateCoordinate with parts department to ensure required parts for repairs are on-hand/orderedInternal Repair RequestsCoordinate internal unit repairs with wholegoods teamSchedule repairs with bay technician/calendarGain approval of repairs recommended on technician estimate from wholegoods managerCoordinate with parts department to ensure required parts for repairs are on-hand/orderedWarranty Repair RequestsAnswer/Respond to all warranty repair requestsSchedule repairs with bay technician/calendarReview supplier field campaigns & mandatory safety repairs & coordinate repairsReview unit warranty end dates and request/adjust scheduling of repairs as necessaryCoordinate with parts department to ensure required parts for repairs are on-hand/orderedService Writer:Work Order ProcessOpen work orders as neededMaintain Service Priority Report spreadsheetTotal completed work orders to be finalized/billed out by accounting officeWarranty Claim SubmissionSubmit warranty claims to suppliers for repairs completedMaintain warranty reimbursement spreadsheetSubmit unpaid repairs to accounting office for possible write-offService Team Leadership:Meeting Monthly/Annual Sales GoalsEnsure all completed work orders are submitted to be closed by month endSupply projected sales figures at bi-weekly meetingsMaintain a Clean and Safe Work EnvironmentLead service team in maintaining a clean workspaceCoordinate Needs with managementService tool/equipment needsFleet ManagementAnnual Year End Tool PurchaseService Team L10 Meetings:Participate in bi-weekly service L10 MeetingActively participate in the achievement of reaching Monthly/Annual Sales GoalsDemonstrate & Promote core values of the dealershipParticipate in the development of the CSI Family & Team atmosphere
