What You'll Do

In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice guiding clients through the process of getting their appliances repaired. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Client Interaction/Call taking: Be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional service from their initial call. Writing accurate client and product information is essential.
• Parts Ordering: Manage the ordering of necessary parts to ensure timely repairs.
• Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and schedules to keep everything running smoothly.
• Part Returns: Sending unneeded parts back to suppliers
