Pinnacle Partners has an exciting new opening for a company on the South West side of Indianapolis. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator.

We are targeting individuals with 2+ years of experience in a Service Coordinator role for a company that provides commercial services in industries such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
Duties:
- Coordinate technician schedules
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
- Receive and monitor service requests
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions within the multiple software, including ServiceTrade and various customer portals
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintains on-call schedule for service technicians and after-hours service procedures
- Review completed service work orders for accuracy
Minimum Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent / higher education may be preferred
- 2 years of experience in coordination of HVAC/R and/or Plumbing Services
- Willingness to work as a team member
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under occasional pressure or within deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Dependable transportation and be able to work on-site from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Target Compensation is $25 to $29/hr depending upon experience
