Service Coordinator - Syntegon Packaging Technology : Job Details

Act as a liaison between the customer and the field service team to ensure appropriate scheduling and deployment of team members in order to meet contractual obligations. Reacts in a timely manner to customer requests ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities. Schedule the field service team to ensure efficient and profitable utilization for machine installations, general repair and maintenance and /or warranty service calls. Coordinate the activities and provide direction for the field service team and their assigned projects and or service jobs. Ensure that the field service team has necessary resources including documentation and specialty tools needed for modification, machine installation and customer service appointments. Prepare estimates for the customer. Track estimates and follow up with customers on offers. Create workbooks for the field service team.
