Service Coordinator - Southern Business Machines : Job Details

Our business hours for in-person support are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and on Fridays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

A typical day in the Service Coordinator role involves interactions with customers over the phone, assisting them with troubleshooting various machine service and networking issues. You will be responsible for logging service requests, scheduling service calls, and coordinating equipment installations. Proficiency in data entry and invoicing is also essential. You will utilize industry-specific software to streamline operations, prepare incoming equipment for installations, and collaborate with our field service technicians to provide tech assists. Understanding of computer networking is crucial, as the equipment we deal with frequently connects to customer networks.
