Job Description :
As the Service Delivery Coordinator you will play a key role in making sure our customer's service-related needs are being met. You will also work with vendors to align meetings and tests to ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to meet internal and external deadlines will be valuable, along with your ability to work closely with the sales team, as well as Network Operations. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that the customer's expectations towards actualization of services are met.Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and Manage Fiber Construction projects for residential and business complexes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and construction vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders
  • Track project milestones
  • Managing, planning, and directing the overall order and service-related activities for the company's customer service function to ensure all expectations and intervals are met.
  • Implementing the appropriate provisioning plan for each customer.
  • Maintaining and updating documentation for standardization.
  • Managing internal resources (tangible and intangible) to meet deadlines.
  • Managing escalations against vendors when dates are slipped or are in jeopardy.
  • Coordinating vendor meets and testing activities.
  • Tracking orders and provide status to staff and outside vendors/carriers.
  • Work closely with small-medium businesses (SMBs).
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of Customer Service required.
  • Construction Project Management.
  • Telecommunications experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • One year of project management experience and the ability to carry out a project from beginning to end.
  • Highly proficient in office technologies and equipment.
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills, and the ability to work in and with a team.
