This role demands a highly skilled individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in managing diverse technologies across our offices, distribution centers, retail locations, and remote operations. As a key member of our IT team, you will enhance our computing practices and collaborate on innovative technology solutions.Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Technical Support: Offer thorough technical support for all Kontoor Brands systems, encompassing laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and AV systems during business and after-hours support rotations.
  • Efficient Incident Management: Manage support tickets effectively, supplemented by direct communication through calls, texts, and chats to resolve issues swiftly. Ensure detailed documentation of all interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborative Strategy Implementation: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement advanced workplace technology solutions. Adapt quickly to new technologies to maintain and enhance system performance.
  • Project Leadership and Execution: Oversee and guide teams through various IT projects, such as equipment updates and setup of new facilities, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Knowledge Enhancement: Continually update and create knowledge base articles to streamline support processes. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous skill development within the team.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge in Microsoft and Apple ecosystems to provide expert support and mentorship to other team members, enhancing overall team competency and service quality.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in IT support at a senior level, preferably as a Level 3 Technician.
  • Expertise in Windows/Mac OS, Android/iOS, and the Office 365 suite.
  • Proficiency with collaborative technologies, including Microsoft Teams and AV systems like Logitech, Neat and Crestron.
  • Administrative capabilities with Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions and a strong understanding of security best practices.
