Job Description :
Division Steel Dynamics Overview Responsible for fielding tickets that include but are not limited to on/off boarding, user access, quarterly security reviews, and audit evidence collection. Responsibilities
  • Complete logical access (user security) tickets spanning multiple software applications and systems
  • Gather audit evidence to meet the company's internal control and SOX requirements
  • Facilitate and shepherd quarterly security reviews across numerous areas of the business
  • Maintain and improve our Logical Access reporting tools
  • Simplify and enhance the Logical Access process control maps
  • Assist in maintaining our Application Matrices
  • Assist users with access requests, access issues, and reports
QualificationsRequired
  • Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude
  • A proactive and meticulous mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of IT governance and security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •
  • Positive attitude and highly motivated.
  • On-site 5 days a week in Fort Wayne, IN.
Preferred
  • 2-year degree in IT or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Significant experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Logical Access and SOX controls
  • Industry knowledge (Steel, Scrap, & Manufacturing)
