Job details: Role: Service desk Analyst Location: Armonk, NY Start: Immediate Term: 3 months Main Responsibilities & Tasks Candidate would need to be available on site 5 days a week to both provide IT Support and to manage a device locker and vending machine. Asset management is also a part of the role. They would provide IT Support onsite via a by appointment system. During downtimes they would support global IT Support operations via chat. Scope of Work Provide IT Support Windows & MacOS are key skills, Red Hat Linux a plus. Microsoft Office Suite, Cloud storage applications like Box and OneDrive, Adobe applications. Support mobile devices both iOS and Android. Familiarity with endpoint administration tools such as Microsoft Entra and JAMF. ServiceNow ticket process.
