Our current opening is for a Service Desk Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) that has a background in the MSP industry.
The Service Desk Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) role is full-time, permanent with full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), 401(k) with company match, three weeks PTO, paid training, certification reimbursement, and internal growth plans.
The Service Desk Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) will support clients onsite and from our office using ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control.
