This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, returns, and issues, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges at the service desk
• Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
• Process refunds and store credits accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Maintain high cleanliness and organization standards at the service desk
• Assist with sales and special orders
• Provide information about store promotions, policies, and services
• Follow customer service procedures and guidelines set forth by the Front-End Manager

Availability:This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.Qualifications:
