Our outdoor patio features a walk-up barbecue smokehouse for a mouthwatering lunch or dinner, a fire pit, and a 5-hole putting green, making FreshTake a destination for families and individuals alike.About This PositionFreshTake Grocery is looking for a Service Desk Team Member to join our customer service team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, returns, and issues, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges at the service desk
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Process refunds and store credits accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain high cleanliness and organization standards at the service desk
  • Assist with sales and special orders
  • Provide information about store promotions, policies, and services
  • Follow customer service procedures and guidelines set forth by the Front-End Manager
Availability:This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
