This position plays a critical role in our operations and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating complex logistics, and ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispatching services, expediting processes, managing check-ins, and maintaining an organized and efficient workflow. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:1. Coordinate and dispatch services to appropriate locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.2. Manage and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.3. Monitor and track progress of services, identifying and resolving any issues that may delay delivery.4. Manage check-ins, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded and communicated.5. Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all documentation is kept up-to-date and accurate.6. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination of services.7. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of dispatch and expediting processes.8. Handle any customer queries or issues related to dispatch and delivery, providing excellent customer service at all times.9. Prepare reports on dispatch activities and performance for management review.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a dispatcher, expediter, or in a similar role.2. Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex logistics.3. Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate information to team members, other departments, and customers.6. Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant computer applications.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.8. Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service at all times.9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
