Location: Onsite M-F at Sarasota, FL office Salary: $85,000-95,000 + company benefits, pto plans The Service Manager oversees the day to day operations of the Service Dispatch Division working directly with Customers, Operations, IT and Sales teams to facilitate the delivery of service, maintenance and repair requests. Responsibilities:
- Leads and develops a team of dispatchers
- Oversee the dispatching functions and processes
- Create department policies to standardize processes & procedure
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Develop strong relationships with other departments to ensure customer needs are being met
- Monitor and evaluate service coordinator KPI's and prepare regular reports on service coordinator operations
- Develop training programs for dispatchers to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the service business or a related field preferred
- 5 or more years experience in service coordination or logistics
- 3 to 5 years managing people/team
- Experience managing remote & onsite employees simultaneously
