YOUR LIFE AS A SERVICE DISPATCHER

This full-time dispatching position typically works Monday thru Friday 8 am - 5 pm with the opportunity to work on-call once a month.

In this office dispatch position, you eagerly answer customer phone calls. Your friendly voice is a welcoming first impression as our clients reach out for HVAC services. Because you invest time in having a thorough overview of our services, you confidently answer client questions and schedule our technicians accordingly. When dispatching our technicians, you accurately relay needed information. As needed, you eagerly assist with additional administrative tasks. Tech-savvy, you are proficient in our company software. You enjoy being a part of our exceptional dispatch office team where you consistently deliver amazing customer service!

Job Duties Include:

  • Communicate with customers and field technicians
  • Dispatch workers, crews, vehicles, and equipment to appropriate locations
  • Monitor personnel and coordinate service and schedules
  • Work with customers and team to provide technical support, resolve issues, and provide HVAC/R product maintenance
  • Create an environment that achieves customer service/satisfaction and meets department targets
  • Gather, process, and disburse information related to billing
  • Communicate with relevant parties regarding account and billing issues
  • Work as a team with others within the office

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 3 years of previous dispatching experience in a route-based service company
  • HVAC/R or similar industry experience is a huge plus
  • Customer service and computer experience
