Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership dispatching is required
• Experience with customer service, sales, or scheduling
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and staff
• Detail oriented and able to multitask
• Time management and organizational skills
• Previous Service Advisor experience a plus
• Valid Driver's License

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate work in the maintenance and service departments to ensure maximum workflow efficiency and increasing total shop hours
• Maintain effective communication in providing detailed information between technicians and service advisors
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of servicing from start to finish
• Organize dispatch of service crew to locations for vehicle retrieval as needed
• Coordinate with service department on job frequency, trends, and workflow to adjust whenever necessary
• Review documentation of repair orders to confirm accuracy and deliver to appropriate parties
• Work with other departments to prevent stock shortages and make sure all required vehicle parts and components are available for services
• Meet with customers to provide information on vehicle servicing
