Service Dispatcher - Ascendo : Job Details

Ascendo Resources is actively seeking a Service Dispatcher for an immediate, fulltime, onsite, temp-to-hire position!Our client, a reputable facilities services company is in Astoria, Queens 11101.The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching service technicians, managing service calls, and collaborating with purchasing to ensure smooth operations. Service Dispatchers with Construction or HVAC industry experience is highly preferred!Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)Pay Rate: $20/hour - $22/hourKey Responsibilities:

• Handle and dispatch service calls promptly.
• Track progress and ensure timely, satisfactory completion of calls.
• Create, send, and manage proposals and orders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher. Preferably in construction or HVAC industry
• Previous clerical or administrative experience, ideally with service call management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with NetSuite preferred (not mandatory).
