Service Dispatcher - Comfort Systems USA Southeast : Job Details

As a Service Dispatcher, you will maintain the service schedule and dispatch/assign Service Technicians as needed. The Dispatcher will also assist with office duties to include managing contract files, billing and invoicing, payroll, refrigerant inventory, and routing inbound service calls.

Job Duties

• Issue purchase orders and enter vendor invoices
• Review and submit payroll weekly for service technicians
• Receive inbound service calls from customers and assign service requests to technicians as appropriate
• Plan and maintain service schedule for technicians on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Review daily work orders to ensure service has been completed and documented correctly
• Communicate professionally both written and verbal with customers and vendors
• Coordinate upcoming material needs and order materials needed for Service Projects and Repairs
• Coordinate and execute applicable permitting for specific municipalities and organizations throughout responsible service area

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience with administrative support and receiving inbound calls while providing excellent customer service
• Prior experience working within the construction/service industry, inclusive of general contractors, specialty contractors and service providers preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail
• Dispatch experience preferred

Compensation

• Wage Range Starting at: $20+/hr. based on qualifications & experience
• Paid weekly

Schedule

• Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm. Extended working hours may be necessary on an infrequent basis to allow flexibility amongst administrative staff while maintaining office hours to 4 pm.
