- Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand their needs, providing expert estimating services and tailored proposals that showcase our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Daily Operations: Collaborate with your supervisor to manage the estimating and sales processes for all roofing services we offer. This includes follow-ups with clients, ordering materials, and overseeing job management to ensure seamless execution.
- Proposal Analysis: Dive into proposal specifications and drawings to accurately determine the scope of work and essential components of each estimate, ensuring precision and clarity.
- Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous records and data to support estimate figures, ensuring transparency and accountability in all our operations.
- Contract Tracking: Monitor awarded contracts to keep projects on track and clients informed every step of the way.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to foster a collaborative environment that drives success and innovation.
- Vendor and Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, property managers, and clients, ensuring our network is robust and thriving.
- Organizational Excellence: Utilize your organizational skills to prioritize workflow effectively, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
Key Selection Criteria:
- High School Diploma required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing applications, management, and/or estimating is preferred.
- Construction experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems and applicable repair methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to support your estimating duties.
- Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical capability to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, navigate crawl spaces, and perform thorough roof inspections.
- Must pass a background check and a drug test.
