Join our new team as a Service Manager and lead our front-of-house operations. We seek an experienced and motivated individual with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. A background in launching a new venue is a plus. Key responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of wine and spirits.
- Supervising daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Manage and train staff, including onboarding and ongoing skills development.
- Providing strong leadership to motivate and guide the team.
- Solving problems quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the FOH and BOH teams to optimize service.
- Handling guest complaints or concerns professionally.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Experience opening a new venue and knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate or be able to obtain one upon hiring
