Job Description :

A leading cleaning company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee field operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, committed to upholding company values and fostering team growth. Working collaboratively, the new leader will focus on improving operational efficiency by managing personnel, tools, and processes while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high safety standards.

  • Salary + Additional Benefits:$65,000-$75,000
  • Quarterly bonuses (yearly total $5-10K)

Location: Wake Forest, NC

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Communication
  • Communicate with General Manager to:
  • Inform of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities or threats.
  • Apprise of actual or potential problems, issues, and/or concerns.
  • Share information and discuss solutions/potential solutions and approaches for purpose of decision-making, as appropriate.
  • Provide regular status reports to General Manager.
  • Communicate with office to coordinate scheduling.

Production Management:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of all field work.
  • Oversee delivery of Brightview services and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Ensure technicians follow company policy and procedures and adhere to company values.
  • Field calls/questions from technicians working in the field when assistance is needed.
  • Oversee safety program & compliance by regularly monitoring, assessing & communicating applicable safety standards, policies & procedures.
  • Monitor callbacks, investigate complaints, perform on-site evaluations, and address production-related customer issues.
  • Assign crew teams for scheduled work.
  • Review to ensure accuracy & approve Field Operations timesheets.
  • Communicate staffing requirements needed to deliver planned/budgeted revenue.
  • Provide initial and ongoing technician training, including identifying, developing & implementing training.

Employee Care & Development:

  • Develop and maintain relationships/rapport with technicians.
  • Maintain attentiveness to technician's welfare & development.
  • Motivate, support & provide guidance to field staff.
  • Provide ongoing feedback & coaching regarding technician job performance.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Develop & implement ideas and approaches to keep work “fresh” and challenging for technicians.
  • Create and foster a positive culture of gratefulness among technicians.
  • Create and foster a positive culture among technicians where customers feel valued, served, and appreciated.

Quality, Efficiency & Cost Control:

  • Develop and monitor quality KPI's.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the efficiency of services being delivered; this includes identifying new tools, technology & equipment available in the industry, equipment upgrades, and researching and developing new techniques or processes.
  • Develop and monitor efficiency KPI's.
  • Review, revise, update, and develop policies & procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. Reinforce these policies & procedures.
  • Responsible for gross margin percentages and managing COGS.
  • Monitor production costs and look for opportunities to implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Maintenance & Supplies
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance & repair.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance & repair.
  • Oversee management of supplies and consumables inventory.
  • Ensure vehicles are stocked and ready for service each day.
