Seeking a Service Manager with Exceptional Skills

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Service Manager with a Whatever It Takes approach to join our team! In thisfull-timerole, you willbe responsible forensuringthatthe physical aspects of474apartment homesmeet both the company standards and applicable laws. As theMaintenanceSupervisor, you will:

• Interview, hire and train new team members.
• Develop and leada team of Maintenance Technicians through diagnosing problems and providing a resolution.
• Mentor andguidemaintenance technicians to increase their overall knowledge base and skill set.
• Provide expert knowledge andtrouble-shootingin areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance repair.
• Be accountableforestablishingand preparing a 24 hour on-call schedule for your team, and you must personallybe available at all timesin the event ofsnow and ice or other on-site emergencies.
• Partner with office staffto provide exceptional service and follow-up to our residents on any maintenance issues that may arise.
• Manage and organizeinventory of all maintenance materials.
• Establisha preventive maintenance schedule, make ready schedule and general work order schedule for team.
• Regularly inspectcommunity buildings, includingvacant units.
• Planning,assigningand directingwork of maintenance team.

Whatwe'llexpect from you:

• Must have a valid drivers license,good drivingrecord, personalvehicleand auto insurance.
• Live within a30 minutecommuteof the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification is preferred.
• StellarCommunication and Customer Serviceskills.
• 5 or more years managerial experience– preferably in multi-family.
• Must be willing tosubmitto abackground check and drug screen.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also bedeterminedbased on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.

• Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000 /Yr
