Service Manager Job Description:

PrideStaff is partnering with an established family owned nationwide pool company in search of a Service Manager to join their team. The Service Manager will ensure above ground pools are installed according to schedule on time, and efficiently. The Service Manager will lead a small support team to help achieve goals as you work with customers and installers to answer questions and fulfill each order successfully. The Service Manager will also create reports, coordinate with our parts and shipping distributors to maintain and improve shipping accuracy and efficiency with success for the service and installation department. The ideal Service Manager has multiple years in the pool industry with a proven track record of success, demonstrates excellent customer service skills, strives to lead a successful team of profitability, accuracy, and a positive company image. The Service Manager is a full time, in office, direct hire position in Marietta, GA.

Service Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as an Assistant Installation Manager to Oversee All Installs Are on Schedule
  • Work With Installers, Vendors & Customers to Ensure Pools Are Installed on Time & Accurately
  • Oversee a Team of Support & Sales to Help Achieve Goals
  • Work Daily With Shipping Distributors & Installer to Ensure Projects Are on Time & Accurate
  • Create Reports to See Where Improvements Need to be Made & Act Accordingly
  • Oversee Obstacles For Pool Installs & Increase Efficiency
  • Find Areas Where Improvements Can be Made For Profitability, Efficiency & Accuracy
  • Assist With Additional Business Needs as Required

Service Manager Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 5+ Years of Successful Pool Installation & or Account Management Required
  • Technical Knowledge of Above Ground Pool Installation & Post Installation Service Knowledge Required
  • Communicate With Customers, Staff & Installers For Installation Projects
  • Demonstrates Excellent Organizational Skills to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
  • Demonstrates Excellent Sound Judgement & Decision Making Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills & Professional Etiquette Required
  • Must be Moldable, Teachable, & Works Well With Others
  • Must Work Every Saturday During Busy Season
