Additional Information:
  • Candidate MUST have at least 10-11 years of total IT experience *
  • The candidate must have a relevant certification.
  • Preference will be given to candidates living in North Carolina.
  • The candidate must go in to pick up his or her equipment on the first day at own expense.
  • There will be times when this position will be required for on-site meetings in the Raleigh area.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 3 years of experience in Proven ServiceNow implementation.
  • 3 years of experience in Web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3).
  • 3 years of experience with a basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies.
  • 3 years of experience with an understanding of enterprise IT architecture.
  • 3 years of experience with working knowledge of relational databases.
  • 3 years of experience in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.).
  • 5 years of experience in impeccable time-management and record-keeping.
  • 5 years of experience in translating complex end-user requirements to code.
  • 5 years of experience with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • 5 years of experience with a strong personal commitment to quality service.
  • 5 years of experience with the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • 3 years of experience in LDAP directories, such as: Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP.
  • 5 years of experience in excellent communication.
