Haaker Equipment Company is looking to hire a Service Operations Coordinator For Our La Verne, CA Location!

Earn Up To To $24-26 Per Hour- Full Benefits

Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems orheavy equipment maintenance experience. ​

Job Summary:

​Seeking a dedicated individual with exceptional empathetic listening skills to actively listen and understand the needs of clients, providing compassionate support and effectively communicating concerns and navigating situations. Candidate should be technologically inclined having a natural aptitude or skill for understanding, working with, and/or fixing mechanical systems, machines, and/or devices. Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customer base while working under minimal supervision. As Service Operations Coordinator you will serve as the primary point of contact for external customers seeking information regarding quoting on service work and invoicing. Communicate thoroughly with all departments, speak with customers in person, over the phone or by email and update the status of service work throughout the process. The Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with the service technicians on DOT compliance, training follow up and other duties as assigned.​

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Service the customer.

· Follow up on outstanding service estimates.

· Open work orders for La Verne shop.

· Review and close customer pay invoices.

· Communicate estimates and quotes for shop and field work with customers.

· Record customer emails for customer thermometer survey program.

· Communicate with customers on any delays or updates regarding service work.

· Assist and communicate closely with the Service Managers and other Service Advisors.

· Communicate and work closely with HR Manager.

· Track and coordinate DOT physical examinations for service technicians.

· Track and record service technician training program.

· Coordinate DOT random pull program.

· Set up new service technicians upon hire (setup iPad service tool, setup manufacture log in access, setup iPad workflow)

· Manage and resolve issues on iPads for service technicians.

· Track yearly boot and tool reimbursements for service technicians and parts staff.

· Must have a logistical mind set to coordinate multiple moving targets.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Ability to be in a stationary position for long periods of time.

· Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.

· Must have and maintain a clean driving record.

· Must have a willingness and desire to learn quickly and maintain the knowledge given.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

· Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Experience using Dealer Information System or similar ERP
