Join us and we can make a difference together.About this roleThe ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to leverage technology to enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.Key Responsibilities:Administer service contracts to optimize profits, verify obligations are met, ensure customer satisfaction and retentionProactively monitor, pursue and assist with the selling of field service and repair opportunities in an effort to ensure pull-through revenue goals are metAssist leadership in driving on time, within budget completing service jobsManage all time charged to jobs including Procard transactions (billable vs non-billable)Manage accounts receivable and assist with the resolution of customer billing disputesProcure parts and materials for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service callsManage warranty and startup jobsComplete booking of new jobs and set up of billing plansReview open orders daily to ensure timely completion of jobsEnsure timely and accurate billing of project, service contract, T&M, and fixed price jobsRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMust have a valid Driver's License2+ years customer service experience1+ years' experience in MS office suite Preferred Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy2+ years of HVAC service IndustryBachelor's Degree in Business ManagementExperience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAPRSRCAR#LI-OnSitePay Range:$50,319 - $88,447 AnnuallyCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
