Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary: We are looking for a Service Porter to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a positive attitude. The day-to-day duties of this role include making key tags for vehicles, assisting advisors with customer's service needs. Move/maintain service car lot. Shuttle customer's as needed to desired location. • Transport service customers to desired location. Pick up and deliver service customers vehicles as requested.
• Assist customers with any service related questions, directing them to advisors, sales or management
• Keep service lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Clean service drives, sidewalks, and service department
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Make key tags for vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to complete assigned tasks
• Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
