Our client, a leader in the engineering and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Service Product Support Representative to join their team. As a Service Product Support Representative, you will be part of the Product Support team supporting various cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Collect machine specifications and operational data through site visits and customer interactions for current and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and draft product designs using CAD software.
Provide technical expertise during product installation, operation, and troubleshooting at customer and supplier locations.
Participate in product testing and verification to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Assist customers with product installation, operation, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a construction, manufacturing, or similar environment.
Hands-on mechanical experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and design-related issues.
