What You'll Do: As a Perioperative Quality and Safety Coordinator, you will lead innovative initiatives to elevate our perioperative services. Working closely with OR Services leadership and the Perioperative Management Team, you'll streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety are met. This is your chance to influence care redesign by collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to drive evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize quality and safety within perioperative services.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce variability and enhance care delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in safety and quality initiatives, providing leadership and guidance.
• Monitor and track outcomes to ensure continuous improvement in patient safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: BSN required; Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of RN experience in OR, PACU, or perioperative service lines, with strong knowledge and a passion for quality improvement and patient safety in those areas.
• Certification: RN with a commitment to achieving Safety or Quality certification within the first year.
• Skills: Excellent communication and physician engagement skills are a must!
