Kurtis Chevrolet is in need of a Service Department Receptionist. This position includes greeting and assisting customers, answering phones and directing to the proper department, organizing paperwork, collecting payments from Parts and Service customers, and providing an excellent customer experience. A professional, friendly, and courteous manner with our customers and co-workers is required. Opportunity for additional tasks and advancement!Job Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers with a smile
- Answer Phone Calls and assist customers
- Accept payment and process invoices
- Prepare day end reports

QualificationsPrefer a high school diploma or at least 1 year of experience working in a cashier or administrative position. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft office applications, have the ability to learn new programs quickly and must have the ability to multi-task. This position requires someone who can be flexible and adjust roles throughout the day.
