This position reports directly to the National Service Manager. This position will oversee scheduling appointments customer visits, delivery of equipment and set expectations for visits. RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders like Service Operations, Customer Support Management, Technical Support, Field Service Manager and the FSE.
- Calls customers to verify schedule and set expectations for visits.
- Close cooperation with Sales Administrator to ensure scheduling is in line with the delivery of equipment.
- Close cooperation with Service Operations to ensure scheduling is in line with the delivery of spare parts.
- Increase efficiencies in service trips by grouping visits in areas thus decreasing travel.
- Schedule FSEs to fulfill the work orders that have been created in line with local laws, regulations, and work-life balance.
- Prepare travel itineraries and book travel for FSE's when needed.
- Plan and maintain service schedule for assigned technicians on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Review daily work orders to ensure service has been completed and documented correctly.
- Communicate professionally both written and verbal with customers and vendors.
- Coordinate upcoming material needs (Calibration gear) and order materials.
- requests and act quickly upon necessary scheduling changes to ensure customer needs are met.
- Support the quality program.
Experience/Required Skills: •Vocational or associate degree or equivalent experience. •Must have experience in customer service, and general office functions.•Must be able to operate with minimum supervision from upper management. Making and meeting commitments are very important in this position.•Must be skilled in the use of personal computers in a network environment and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.•Must be able to handle all aspects of the daily business of a service department.To be considered for the position, you must be authorized to work in the United States.Benefits Offered:
