As a Service Technician at ADB SAFEGATE, the role predominantly focuses on tasks and responsibilities that do not necessitate travel. Main duties include: Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance and resolve issues for products and systems either remotely or on-site within the local facility. This includes diagnosing faults and offering immediate solutions to minimize downtime. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs on various equipment and systems within the premises. This is crucial for ensuring optimal operational efficiency and longevity of the equipment. Installation and Configuration: Although the role doesn't require travel, the technician may be involved in setting up and configuring new equipment or systems at the local facility. This includes ensuring all components are functioning correctly and meet the company's standards. Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and troubleshooting processes. This documentation is vital for tracking the health of the equipment and planning future maintenance activities. Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing on products and systems to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards. This may also involve assisting in the development and refinement of products based on findings and technical expertise. Customer Support Communication: Collaborate with customer support teams to provide technical insights and solutions for client inquiries or issues regarding the products/systems, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
