Key Responsibilities for a Service TechnicianInstallation and Maintenance: Perform expert installation, maintenance, and repair of home security systems, home automation technologies, and residential AV equipment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and system performance.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to customers' daily lives.Customer Engagement: Interact proactively with customers, offering guidance and support throughout service engagements to enhance their experience and understanding of our products.Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all services performed, installations completed, and customer interactions, utilizing internal systems for tracking and reporting.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in home security, automation, and AV technology to deliver effective service and advice.Preferred Qualifications and Skills
