Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 5:30am to 9:30pm- and/or Week-ends and Holidays.
• Must be able to be meet flexible schedule
• Must be able to meet all job requirements
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job including but not limited to kneeling, bending, push, pulling, lift over 50 pounds, use of hands, hold and operate tools
• Electronics experience required
• At least 6 months in technical training or equivalent work experience in the Field of Computer Science and electronics.

Summary:

A fully qualified technician, the Service Technician applies a working knowledge of computer science & electronics accompanied with technical concepts, practices and procedures to a wide variety of assignments. The incumbent generally is a member of the customer support team and works on light to moderately complex work orders with normal to critical deadlines, and typically operates independently to troubleshoot hardware, software, equipment problems with general oversight on more complex assignments. Essential Job Duties

• Maintain Ticket Vending Machines & Ticket Operator Machines on a Monthly & Quarterly basis or as needed to include.
• Cleanliness of interior & exterior Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs), Ticket Operator Machines (TOM).
• Detect & Resolve Component wear & tear.
• Provide quick response to Work Orders sent via Work Order Management System.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Machine Hardware electrical, electronic, communication, & functionality related issues for resolution and maximum uptime on new & existing systems.
• Interface with Various IT departments to resolve software issues detected internal or external to TVMs/TOMs.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Keep inventory of replacement parts, tools & cleaning supplies within a company assigned Vehicle or Local storage location.
• Communicate regularly with Customer Care Department to resolve Work Order Issues and/or report new issues via company assigned mobile phone.
• Uses standard hand tools and technical manuals.
• May be floating or stationary.

• Troubleshoots hardware, software, and/or operating problems. Uses basic and specialized test equipment to diagnose, analyze and resolve errors.
• May troubleshoot related communications problems e.g., in a LAN environment, applying a knowledge of wiring, standard cable connections and read blueprint/schematic/equipment drawings.
• Sets up, assembles, installs, configures, reconfigures, modifies, moves and/or relocates hardware/software at ACS or client site for regular or special function use. Ensures upgrades are configured and installed on schedule.
• Uses standard hand and power tools and technical manuals.
• May work with multiple vendors and manufacturers.
• Maintains work order documentation, technical schematics and diagrams. Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule tasks
• Can commit to 100% attendance for training

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated pay for this role is $25.00 per hour.
