Role Overview

As a Service Technician III, you'll be the backbone of our HVAC service and repair operations, managing a diverse range of commercial equipment. Your extensive experience and expertise will ensure that we continue to deliver outstanding service and maintain our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Hands-On Expertise: Maintain and service a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, from mini splits to 50-ton package units, boilers, chillers, and more, with minimal supervision.

* Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize state-of-the-art technology and tools to diagnose and repair complex systems, ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Documentation and Communication: Provide detailed service reports to the dispatcher, accurately complete paperwork, and keep meticulous records of your work.

* Growth and Engagement: Discuss service opportunities with account salespersons to help expand our business and foster client relationships.

* Safety and Integrity: Uphold the highest safety standards, safeguard company assets, and demonstrate flexibility by participating in overtime, on-call rotations, and occasional overnight stays as needed.

What We're Looking For

* Experience and Certification: Over 5 years of HVAC service and repair experience, with EPA certification.

* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in servicing a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, with the ability to work independently.

* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally.

* Driver's License and Clean Record: Valid driver's license and a strong driving record are essential.

* Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, as this is a safety-sensitive role.
