Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes 24/7 emergency service for all HVAC needs.Service Technician IIIGeneral Requirements:The Service Technician III is a critical role requiring EPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair. This position demands expertise in maintaining and servicing commercial-grade HVAC equipment, including unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, heat exchangers, control valves, and chillers (including retrofitting) with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:* Equipment Service:Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including:* 1-ton mini splits to 50-ton package units* Boilers, chillers, control valves, heat exchangers, and evaporative coolers* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective diagnosis and repair.* Technical Skills:Utilize advanced software and technology, along with various hand tools, to troubleshoot and repair HVAC units following blueprints and engineering specifications.* Documentation:Accurately complete paperwork for each service call and maintain organized records of work performed.* Business Development:Collaborate with account salespersons to discuss service opportunities and expand business.* Safety Compliance:Uphold the highest safety standards, ensuring security and accountability for company-issued and procured assets.* Flexibility:Demonstrate dedication to customer service by being available for overtime, on-call rotation, and weekend shifts, including occasional overnight stays.Qualifications:* Valid driver's license with a good driving record* EPA certification* Ability to frequently lift 30 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs* Must successfully pass a background check and drug testWhy Join Us?Be part of a dynamic team where your skills and expertise will make a direct impact on our customers' satisfaction and business growth.
