SERVICE TECHNICIAN - Henderson Wholesale : Job Details

Service Technician Houston, TX Henderson Wholesale, established in 1999, is a family-owned and operated multi-state distributorship of Hunt Brothers Pizza, an international pizza brand with over 10,000 locations worldwide. We specialize in helping convenience store owners grow their businesses with the number one pizza brand in the C-store industry! As the third largest distributorship in the nation, we are growing rapidly and are searching for a Service Technician to help increase our offerings to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned work correctly within the assigned time.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pizza ovens and related equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and deep cleaning of ovens to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industry tools and equipment.
• Open-mindedness and ability/willingness to learn.
• Pay is based on skill set, experience, and ability to work.
• Well versed in technology and software skills
• Effective communication skills- able to provide clear updates and instructions to customers.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
