• Efficiently perform repairs on tools, ensuring high quality and timely service.
• Contribute to cost control and process improvement to enhance the company's financial success.
• Maintain technical proficiency through continuous learning and application of repair manuals and schematics.
• Utilize hand scanners for tool diagnostics, spare parts picking, and repair completion.
• Conduct functional and safety tests post-repair to ensure customer safety.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain adequate parts stock levels.
• Support senior technicians and maintain communication with customers and sales personnel.
• Participate in summits and provide feedback for quality and safety improvements.
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace, adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Work Environment and Safety

• Work in a workshop environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust.
• Use required safety equipment, including steel toe boots and safety glasses.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Perform repetitive reaching, bending, and climbing tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or electrical repairs.
