This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits and growth opportunity.Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Responsibilities:Service Technician will provide product and customer support on a variety of automated equipmentTechnician will diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and software system failuresTechnician may provide field support or in house supportTechnician will troubleshoot and repair robotic, automation, printing, and mailing equipmentTechnician will manage customer service calls, parts inventory, and preventative maintenance schedulesRequirements:Service Technician must have a strong electrical, mechanical, and computer software knowledgeTechnician must have strong interpersonal and customer relation skills, building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsCandidates must be able to read blueprints, schematicsCandidates must be proficient using hand tools, power tools, testing and diagnostic tools and equipmentCandidates must be willing to work on call and overtime hours as neededHigh school diploma required, Associates degree preferred
