Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour

Description

The Service Technician is responsible for contributing to RMA's of our MyoPro Product Line. This role requires a hands-on individual with experience in building mechanical and electrical assemblies within the regulated medical product industry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and with others. Additionally, they should be prepared to assist with other tasks, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

* Technical Expertise: Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.

* Problem-Solving: Effective at diagnosing and resolving complex issues with equipment.

* Communication: Clear and effective communication with team members, customers, and cross-functional teams. Address issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

* Attention to Detail: Precision in executing repairs, conducting tests, and adhering to procedures.

* Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

* Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, and other diagnostic and repair equipment.

* Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs and service activities using Excel and other Microsoft Office products, along with other applications.

* Customer Service: Strong customer interaction skills for providing support and explaining technical issues.

* Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Myomo devices and related equipment.

* Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers and field technicians.

* Quality Assurance: Conduct performance tests and quality checks to ensure equipment meets safety and functionality standards.

* Compliance: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations.

Requirements

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

* 1-2 years of experience assembling electro-mechanical medical products and sub-assemblies.

* Demonstrated ability to read and follow assembly and test procedures.

* Experience with basic machining tools and techniques.
