• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have one of the following:
• Five years of experience with hands-on mechanical repair work with diesel, earthmoving, or industrial equipment
• Graduation from an accredited technical school, with emphasis on diesel engine or earthmoving repair, and two years experience
• Completed the level 2 training program successfully
