$20-21 an hour Position OverviewAs a Service Technician you will assess customer's homes and vehicles for safety and take into consideration their lifestyle preferences while evaluating for items such as vehicle lifts, wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, grab bars, bathroom equipment and more.About The CompanyThey are a leading provider of mobility-related durable medical equipment (DME), serving customers across Ohio.Key Responsibilities: Respond to service calls and make repairs (in-office & field) Assemble seating, mobility, and home accessibility equipment Manage inventory control for special orders and stock Deliver equipment as directed Assist Rehab Technology Specialist at seating clinics (evaluations, modifications, deliveries) Diagnose, repair, and maintain VA-provided equipment for veterans Educate patients/veterans on proper use and care of equipmentPhysical Demands & Qualifications: Valid drivers license Ability to lift 75+ lbs Pass drug and background checks Valid driver's license High School Diploma or equivalent Mechanical/problem-solving skills Experience using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent verbal and written communication 1+ year of DME experience preferredBenefits: $20-21 an hour 401(k) + matching Dental, Health, Vision, and Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Paid Time Off Referral ProgramSchedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday On-call, occasional holidays
