Pay: $20.00 to $24.00/hour

What you will be doing:

We are currently looking for a committed and customer service minded individual with minimum 2 years of prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfillaMaintenanceTechnician needat our properties. As aMaintenanceTechnicianat Morgan Properties, you will:

• Beresponsible fortrouble-shooting service issuesincluding, but not limited to,HVAC, general appliance, carpentry,electricaland plumbing.
• Ensurethat both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.
• Respondto maintenance tickets.
• Follow-upwith residents and the office staffon status of work
• Workin anon-call rotationthat will requirenightsand weekend flexibility.

Whatwe'llexpect from you:

• Must have aValid drivers' license,good drivingrecord, personalvehicleand autoinsurance.
• Live within a30-minutecommuteof the property;
• StellarCommunication and Customer Serviceskills.
• One or more years' experiencein allfacetsof apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliancerepair.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be willing tosubmitto abackground check and drug screen.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certificationand/or Boiler's License preferred.
