The company actively hires military talent, and the owner is a Navy veteran.Position overview:As a Service Technician, you will be the face of the company at customer sites, performing service and maintenance on boiler systems for industrial and commercial clients. This role requires technical expertise and strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in boilers, burners, water softeners, feedwater systems, pumps, and control panels.Additional responsibilities include:- Troubleshooting and startup of new boilers- Performing annual boiler inspections and tune-ups- Conducting general service on gas/oil systems- Assisting with occasional equipment installations alongside pipefitters, welders, and helpers50-60% travel, with 2-3 overnight stays per weekRequirements:- Valid, clean driver's license- Experience with boiler/burner systems and related equipment- Computer skills for troubleshooting and diagnosticsBase salary, $80K - $100K, with overtime Per diem: $60 (hotel provided), a company vehicle is provided after the probationary period; a full benefits package including a 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.Awesome pay with a great company, tons of perks.
