SERVICE TECHNICIAN TRAINEE - Auto-Chlor System : Job Details

The Successful Candidate Will:

* Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.

* Tear down machines and determine which parts are reusable to refurbish them.

* Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.

* Provide on-call emergency service.

* Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.

* Deliver and pick-up chemicals.

* Build rapport with decision makers.

* Resolve customer concerns.

* Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.

* Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.

Requirements:

* Have a valid driver's license.

* Be able to work in a fast paced, physical position.

* Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.

* Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.

* Be able to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm with overtime as needed.

* Be able to work on call after hours for 1 week every 3 weeks.
