Joe W. Fly Co., Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable Service Technician to join our team in Waco, TX.

Responsibilities

* Perform air filtration installation and service in commercial and industrial buildings throughout Waco and surrounding areas.

* Execute assigned pressure washing services, enhancing service value to our customers.

* Adhere to customer-specific on-site expectations and regulations.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with on-site contacts.

* Solicit customer feedback on services and products; share leads for new business opportunities with your supervisor.

* Support the warehouse with shipping, receiving, and preparation for upcoming jobs as needed.

* Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain delivery logs, and complete vehicle checklists.

* Comply with DOT regulations and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

* Service and warehouse-related experience preferred but not required.

* Reliable transportation to/from work is essential.

* Strong communication and time-management skills are required.

* Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs., work on ladders, and use general hand/power tools.

* Self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Basic computer and math skills are helpful.

* Eligibility to drive for company business is a plus. To qualify as a company driver, candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have satisfactory results from a driving record check.

Eligibility and Compensation

* All candidates must be eligible to work in the US and able to pass a background check; and drug screen if required.

* This is an hourly-paid position, and pay rate will be commensurate with level of experience.
