Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Fuel vehicles from our onsite gas pumps.
• Check keys in and out of the appropriate key box machine.
• Inspect each vehicle for damage prior to parking and report any findings to management immediately.
• Receive vehicles from transportation company, process paperwork as needed.
• Ensure that each vehicle is inspected prior to delivery to customers.
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
• Sort repair orders for scanning department.
• Inspection of customer vehicles upon arrival on the service drive
• Taking picture documentation during inspection process
• Pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles off-site
• Final visual inspection of the vehicle before customer delivery
• Assisting loaner coordinator with fueling and charging loaner units
• Stock the guest lounge water cooler.
