Job Location : Pulaski,TN, USA
Maintains environmental and infection control standards. Performs a variety of general and specialized cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas of the facility.
Essential Functions
Distribute clean linen to user departments and maintain stock levels
Trash removal (normal and Biohazard)
Soiled linen removal
General and specialized cleaning according to the Infection Control Guidelines
Follow standard practices and procedures and comply with regulatory requirements
Organizational Expectations
Actively participates in Foundation Safety Behavior Tools and Tactics such as Briefs, Debriefs, Huddles, Learning Board Activities, Executive Patient Safety Rounds and reporting of unanticipated and unintended patient events regardless of whether there is harm.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Required Skills
Must possess the ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Must possess the ability to adapt quickly and effectively in stressful and changing situations.
Minimum Work Experience
Six months to one year experience in institutional housekeeping preferred.
