Service Writer - LandPro Equipment, LLC : Job Details

Manages the flow of work through the Service Department from customer interaction through repair completion and invoicing. Assists the Service Manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the Service Departments operation within the dealership. Responsibilities:Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department. Open work orders as directed by the Service Manager/ Shop Foreman and manage the work order cycle process until they are closed and invoiced. Monitor and maintain Service Productivity and Attendance Report for accuracy and weekly payroll processing. Maintain the service library with current information (e.g. files bulletins, manuals, multi-media, etc.) under the direct supervision of the Service Manager. Utilize Modern to assist with scheduling and communication with customers. Maintain Service Department filing and records.
