We are seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNow Administrator to support the design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using ServiceNow modules, including SecOps, IRM, and CAM, with an emphasis on automating NIST RMF activities. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow best practices, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow modules and solutions.
  • Perform operations and maintenance (O&M), development, modernization, and enhancements (DME) of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Integrate enterprise tools and cloud services, such as AWS, Azure, and Salesforce, into the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and views to support various data consumers.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, including performing detailed testing to ensure functionality.
  • Configure and implement no-code update sets, such as picklist updates and non-workflow-related service requests.
  • Ensure full compliance with security requirements, including security group and user administration.
  • Collaborate with teams using Agile practices to meet project deliverables.
  • Support the system's resiliency, performance, and Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification is required.
  • Proven experience in creating reports, dashboards, and views within ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve incidents and conduct thorough testing.
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing no-code update sets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of security group management and user administration within ServiceNow.
  • Experience in supporting enterprise tools and cloud service integrations.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

  • Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
  • Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
  • Learns and memories routine tasks.
  • Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
