Responsibilities:
- Candidate must lead the design, implementation and management of the CMDB & CSDM using ServiceNow.
- Candidate must collaborate with stakeholders, manage, mentor the team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful CSDM implementation.
- Candidate must oversee the integration of CSDM with other systems, interfaces, ensuring seamless operation and data consistency.
- Candidate must act as the primary point of contact for all CSDM-related inquiries, providing expert advice and solutions to stakeholders.
- Candidate must develop, maintain comprehensive documentation for CSDM processes, configurations and interfaces.
Essential Skills:
- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and executing the CSDM in a diverse system environment.
- Candidate must have experience in defining and designing Service Models as per the CSDM framework, including maturing all domains (Foundation, Build, Design, Manage Technical Services, Sell/Consume).
- Candidate must have strong proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in CSDM, Service and Application Portfolio Management, CMDB.
- Candidate must have the ability to design lifecycle and governance processes for established CSDM Classes.
- Candidate must have proficiency in managing interfaces and integrations with ServiceNow to ensure seamless operation, data consistency.
- Candidate must be skilled in interacting, conducting brainstorming sessions with Business Stakeholders, including Application Owners, Service Owners and IT Operations.
- Candidate must have exceptional leadership skills to manage teams, mentor members and guide successful CSDM implementation.
- Candidate must have the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for CSDM-related inquiries.
- Candidate must have experience in conducting trainings, awareness sessions on CSDM adoption and related automation use cases.
- Candidate must have a proven ability to handle the design, implementation and maintenance of CSDM processes.
- Candidate must have excellent organizational skills to oversee CSDM integration and ensure seamless workflows.
- Candidate must have the ability to ensure data consistency across integrated systems.
- Candidate must have extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing CSDM in diverse system environments.
- Candidate must have proven experience in developing and executing CSDM in a large multi-system environment.
- Candidate must have excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidate must have experience in managing interfaces and integrations with ServiceNow.
- Candidate must have excellent organizational and project management skills.
Good to have Skills:
- Candidate should have familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks and best practices.
- Candidate should have experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools.
- Candidate should have knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with ServiceNow.
- Candidate should have an understanding of data governance and data quality management principles.
- Candidate should have exposure to DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
